Our Story

We are two young entrepreneurs from Brighton and Hove, united by a shared passion for social media and digital marketing. I, Albert Ashworth, moved to Brighton seven years ago from Bromley, London. My co-founder and partner, Riley Gilbert, was born and raised in Brighton.

Our journey began during lockdown when we were still in our mid-teens. Together, we ran several successful TikTok and Instagram accounts, promoting products we dropshipped—a business model where products are sold online and shipped directly from the supplier to the customer, without the need for upfront inventory. Through learning, adapting, and crafting strategies that led to multiple viral videos, we discovered a talent for social media growth and a passion for digital marketing.

When it became clear that dropshipping was not a long-term option, we decided to further improve our knowledge and skill sets. I chose to formalise my education through A-level studies in digital marketing and web design at one of the UK’s top colleges, while my partner dove straight into real-world experience. These paths helped us build complementary skill sets, and after spending countless hours researching and refining our expertise, we knew it was time to put our skills to the test.

To start, we offered free digital audits and consulting to friends and family who owned businesses, soon moving on to full management and coaching. Seeing the tangible growth and transformations we were able to create, we knew it was time to offer these skills to other business owners in need.

That’s when we decided to create Xeom. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of helping several businesses enhance their digital strategies and grow their online presence. By working closely with our clients, we’ve been able to streamline their processes, offer personalized guidance, and provide the support they need to achieve their goals.
